When you connect your Etsy store to Easy List Maker using official OAuth 2.0 authorization, we may access:

Store Profile Data: Shop name, shop ID, and publicly available store parameters.
Listing Information: Titles, descriptions, tags, pricing, inventory quantity, and image metadata.
Transaction & Order Data: Order IDs, purchased item details, order status, and shipping information strictly required for order fulfillment and inventory tracking.
Credentials: We store encrypted OAuth tokens (access and refresh tokens). We never see or store your Etsy account password.

2. How We Use Your Information

The information we collect is strictly used to:

Synchronize and publish your product listings to your connected shops upon your instruction.
Synthesize high-resolution product mockups and print-ready gang sheets.
Calculate accurate shop analytics, transaction fee breakdowns, and net profit margins.
Notify you of urgent pending orders requiring dispatch or printing.

3. Data Protection and Zero Third-Party Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal or store data to any third party. Your shop listings, design files, customer transaction records, and analytics belong solely to you. All communications between your browser, our servers, and Etsy's Open API are encrypted using Transport Layer Security (TLS/HTTPS).

4. Data Retention & Account Disconnection

You can revoke Easy List Maker's access to your Etsy shop at any time directly through your Etsy Account Settings (under Connected Applications) or from your Easy List Maker dashboard. Upon disconnection, all active API access tokens are immediately invalidated and purged from our database upon request.

5. Compliance with Etsy API Terms

Easy List Maker complies with the Etsy API Terms of Use. The term "Etsy" is a trademark of Etsy, Inc. This application uses the Etsy API but is not endorsed or certified by Etsy, Inc.
